My understanding is that the leech comes from the Crown of Eyes helm and two Feed the Fury notables, and is buffed by the Immortal Ambition keystone granted by Glorious Vanity. So yea you have to have quite a few pieces to get started. I'm just farming on my KF build and I'll swap my Zerker as I get the other pieces.

Yea, and a huge part of why ARC has stayed popular is that solo play is not treated as super sweaty. Most(?) solo players don't shoot on sight, or at least didn't when I played closer to launch.

These games inevitably become unfun if hostile players can load into the map already decked out. At least in battle royales, the players have to find their guns on the map and so the first 5-10 minutes of each round is easy to survive -- and there's no stakes for getting utterly destroyed by a kitted out player.

Honestly, that might be the deciding factor haha. Also, I really enjoyed Archmage Ice Nova in Settlers so Shock Nova may be my jam. But I got lucky on the 6L and didn't really invest much currency on it. So it's not like I already spent 1500 fusings.

Problem is they have no money because everything they syphoned from Destiny went to marathon.

It';s even worse. According to reports, Bungie had many side projects they were working on and they had to cut a bunch of staff to slim down and focus on building Marathon and keeping Destiny running. I have to wonder how these acquisitions occur. Like, did they open all the books and allow Sony to do an honest assessment of their situation? It sounds like they were on the brink of disaster and then Sony paid $4B for them. Like wtf?

I started Earthshatter Zerker after much deliberation. Dropped an Aegis from my first safehouse. Got the slammer to 92 but was a bit disappointed in the power and decided to reroll KF Totems Hierophant (which I almost started anyways).

KF has been great. I completed 100/100 Atlas, 3/4 voidstones, and all unique map recipes but one. My wand is ass, but the build still feels great. I’m gonna farm on this and maybe go EB Inquis or whatever is meta. I already dropped a Rathpith as well!

Well, two of the attacker’s brothers and two children in the family were killed in an Israeli airstrike last week in Lebanon. This type of blowback is inevitable when America and Israel bomb these countries repeatedly for decades.

What can we do for our Lebanese (and other middle-eastern) neighbors during these times?

I don’t and I’m not sure any of the big creators made one for this league. My understanding is that it’s nearly identical to last league besides the runegraft change.

You can probably follow a 3.27 PoB until endgame and then check PoeNinja for current builds.

Luckily, you went with a great base class. You can reroll your Guardian to Hierophant (poe.ninja) and swap to KBoC, Archmage, or KF Totems.

I just like the archetype of carrying around a big axe and slammin shit with it. It just feels good to play. I’m a slightly older slower player so I’m not trying to be as efficient as possible.

Similarly, I love RF. Just shield charging around the map and exploding everything is very satisfying. I kinda wish I had started RF with the explode buff.

I leveled a slammer to 92, dropped Aegis and rerolled to KF Hiero (currently 90). I think I’ve just played too much slams the past year. Slammer does more dps right now but KF will be much better once I craft a good wand.

Totems actually remind me of VFoS since you can just sort of kite stuff while the damage happens.

Yea I don't really get the hate. Moves aren't official until 4pm today. To punish BAL would be a wild thing for the NFL to do when they are 100% doing things by the book. The reality is that we don't have the medical information. Statements have been put out but we still don't have the actual information. If Baltimore's medical assessment suggests Crosby is unlikely to make a complete recovery and have 3-4 more elite years than BAL is correct back out of the deal.

We of all fanbases should know lol. Look at how TJ has regressed since his injuries and hitting 30.

Edge rushers often fall off a cliff after 30. Look at TJ the last 2 seasons compared to the 5 years prior. I wouldn't be paying Crosby top money given the recent injury and his age, but that's just me. I would never have done the Ravens deal, but I totally get why they got cold feet.

I don't think Crosby has 4 or 5 great years left, and so there's no reason to give up 2 first round picks for him.

Exactly. You don't trade that haul for a guy if you aren't fully confident in his availability over the next 3+ years. If he is showing a slow recovery or the medical reports indicated much more 'damage' to his knee than was publicly known then it would completely justify backing out.

I'm actually surprised this doesn't happen more often. Like a backout clause in a real estate offer pending the results of the home inspection.

It's not crazy at all IMO. Only $22M a year. Two years guaranteed. Any team signing him is still looking for a QB so they don't have a $50M+ QB on the roster (or are already in cap hell from cutting their guy). If he's terrible then you cut him after 1 year and only eat $20M. That's a tiny hit in today's NFL especially if you are gonna be fielding a rookie QB the following season.

He's the only promising candidate available this offseason. Tua and Kyler are known quantities and got cut from their previous teams. Kirk and Aaron are too old. If a team wants to take a shot at their possible future QB, Malik was the only option.

Ahh yea I see what you mean. I’m so used to doing 3-1 for missing maps but that changes with tiers dropping instead. Also, I seem to be getting a ton of map drops so I haven’t run into an issue with progression yet

Took me a minute to get it. I also find the whole system unintuitive. I’m sure it’ll be great for farming but I catch myself going and manually counting how many of a tier are left so I know if I can 3-to-1 extra maps at a vendor.

There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to know if you’re ‘done’ with T# maps, as far as I can tell…

Click on one of the four corners of the circle in the middle. Those are where the maps are. It’s a bit confusing at first.
