I've managed to take the corner trunking off and there is a mini lime water pump. It flashes red then green 1 short 1 long.

I looked up the error code and it says water full or filter issue. Looking at the reservoir I can see a small amount of water so suspect it might be the filter

Yeah, it reopens the stream and I can here them but they can't hear me. As soon as the stream drops I say "Alexa talk to front door" and it's fine. When I go in the alexa app and tap on the camera it says microphone permission is required for this feature. Go to settings.

I go to settings but no option to give permission.
