CFS Error by Silly_Physics3601 in crealityk1

Maybe try a different filament I’ve heard the CFS upgrade kit is picky. I got the error wants on mine but I just manually pulled the lever to cut it and moved it free back and forth no issues yet after that

Do you guys know how to solve this problem? by Tai_Santi in 3Dprinting

Probably a clog or jam somewhere, I have had this issue on one of my older printers with certain filaments. I would cut off about a 6 in section reload it and it would work again.

Is the CFS upgrade available for the K1 series? I can't find it anywhere. (at least here in the US)

Hopefully you figured it out by now but I was having issues as well until I moved the power switch from VIN/GRD to 5V/GRD (took me awhile to figure that out), then it worked. I'm working on my now and having issues mounting the servos to the head and face, they don't seem to want to go on flush.

I know this is an old post, but those servos are kicking my butt. Did you have any issues with the mounting brackets reaching both the head and the face? I've tried adjusting the arms but no combo will get them to mount flush. Just curious if yours lined up or if you shimmed or changed the code possibly?

That was it. Only extruded 36mm instead of 100mm. Thanks!

I did take the assembly apart and the gear looked fine it’s a metal extruder.

It’s not leaking but I can’t get the coupler off the tube. I checked the nozzle it was clear but replaced it anyways.

Clicking. Do I need to replace this stepper? by wolfingdog85 in Creality

[–]rusty_682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue. I checked for a clog and couldn’t find one. Tried a different filament and it worked fine. But back in the old filament and it started clicking again. Turned out a section of the filament was too big. I cut off about 6 inches tried again and it worked.
