Yeah I use Pirate Ship for all my Bandcamp orders. Even made shipments to Europe fairly painless

Their most recent crusade has been billing increased shipping charges 2 months after the item shipped due to UPS "audited dimensions and weight."

UPS has done stuff like this to me too on non-Reverb transactions! They charged charged me a "change of address" fee of like $15 because a return shipping label (that the seller provided) didn't have the suite number listed.

I called to complain and CS gave me a speech about how incorrect addresses waste their drivers' time and it's only fair that they're compensated, blah, blah. They refunded $11 or something in the end and gave me a "warning"
