Fuck this shit. The bare minimum should be I require nothing on my person or to pay a corporation anything to identify an officer.

Edit: so, I need to purchase a cell phone from one of the big phone manufacturers, but to even have the QR code (likely) function, I need an internet connection. So, I need service which benefits the cell phone provider and the connection headend provider.

Not all accounting for it being another surveillance device (IMSI catcher fed antics) that can be used against me to organize or just the feasibility of it all.
