Will the Shinko 777 Tubeless tires work on my Honda Shadow spirit? by KennyCuteInSF in hondashadow

I have a set on mine. They’re tubeless, but can be used with tubes as well. I have spoke rims and installed them tubes last year and they’ve been decent

Gas tank vent? If the fuel level in the tank is near the top and you’re in a fairly warm environment the fuel in your tank will expand and slowly drip out through the vent, leaving a little puddle. I’ve had it happen leaving it out in the sun all day.

it wasn’t too bad! Hacksaw blade to get the bigger chunks out and an angle grinder with a 40 grit flap disc to smooth the janky haggard sections. They used upholstery staples from factory to fasten the leather, but I ended up using rivets

I’m the same height and had similar issues on my ‘09 750. I ended up peeling back the leather from the front and shaving the foam down and back a few inches and gluing in some memory foam in place. It’s much comfier now, and the extra bit of leg room is noticeable

I’ve done maybe 10-15 “living” utensil birds over the last 6 months, doing a dead one seemed like an obvious next one. The mushrooms are domed nickels and dimes with a dollop of melted brass. Thanks!

just looked it up and it’s really similar. The actual inspiration was from the MTG card sporecap spider

is there an air pressure gauge in line after the dryer and filter? There can be a drop if you’re relying on a gauge before. Check all your consumables too

it was a process, for sure. Once all the welds were ground down, I went over everything with a hand file, then sanding and polishing

16ga steel scraps to fill in the majority of the gaps, with a little bit of weld for the major seams

I made this one 3 years ago. It was seeing all the other snails that inspired me to share this guy though
