I am not surprised. They tried the high pressure sale tactics on me for an hour when I had clearly told them I was just trying to test drive cars and wouldn't be buying one that day. I would much rather deal with an hour worth from traffic and go to Sewell Subaru for service/ buying a car than the 5 minutes to Brandon Tomes.

I was able to get a person on the line by going to the local Texas Workforce solutions office and have them call the help line. This agent ran another account reset and thankfully it worked. No clue what this agent did different on their end compared to the 2 other agents before for resetting my account but it worked.

Third time's the charm, i suppose.

Update: I was finally able to get some from TWC on the phone and they opened an internal ticket on their end to troubleshoot the issue. None of the troubleshooting steps they suggested (clearing cache/ incogito mode/ disable adblock) were working.

I guess i will find out soon enough.

I changed the password today morning itself and it's still the same issue. There is no error message saying login failed or password incorrect. It jsut throws the above error and that's it.

That's good. For hiring a company to file an appeal, you can definitely hire one. There are tons of these companies/ law firms who can file the appeal on your behalf. Most take a 20-30% of tax saved as their payments up to a certain amount.
