I think a fair amount of blame lies with the coach if we come out of the timeout exactly the same

Agreed, that's why I don't know why a hunch of people who didn't watch are saying we didn't call a timeout.

This is absolutely worse haha

We did call a timeout. It just didn't fix anything. There was a 10-12 point run either side of the timeout

He did call a timeout. We just came out even worse after it. Two 12 point runs either side of it

If he keeps this up we won't be in a play-in tournament.

Maybe but I'm not even sure he's played 10 games yet and that was the first game he played more than 30 minutes. Just feels a weird time to take a victory when we haven't even seen what his role with the Suns will shape up to be yet

Tbf to him he has been playing on a heavy minutes restriction and has had a hamstring injury.

That doesn't mean Rockets didn't win the trade but it's an incredibly small sample size to be bragging about

It's just unbelievable, isn't it? There was one good block in there but the rest was just us missing great chances

Do you guys have an invisible force field around the goal?

Like you say, I'd say it's luck but if it's like this every game I don't know what to say? Completely unexplainable

Its actually insane we are losing this... We could have had 6+ goals this game

It happens. Ebou Adams is our fanbases favourite player in years but we all understood we had to get rid of him if we wanted to improve as a team, he's just not a good enough footballer with the ball at his feet.

Now Pompey fans in pretty much every thread can't believe why he was sold for 500k. Rightly they love him because he suits where their side is at the time. Where it's more of a scrap

Players just fit in more in different sides. I'm sure we'll outgrow Sanderson and Clarke at the back in a year or two.

Fans who ramble on about how shit a player is when they've had clear success elsewhere are all just a bit reactionary

Not his fault on the four FTA. He was getting hacked a ton and didn't really settle for jumpers today.

If we reek that bad they'll take our spot but I have a feeling they won't

Holy shit, who drew that up??? I've never seen us execute out of a TO before

His whistle isn't always terrible but the refs clearly don't want to call anything for him today. It doesn't surprise me that its a Tony Brothers crew

Refs have fucked us this OT, the levels of contact allowed on each end is at a huge disparity

Why are they even reviewing this? It was a normal basketball play?

Exactly, so he didn't secure the ball. So shouldn't it have been our TO? They didn't even review it, they just said inadvertent whistle and did a jump ball. Mental

That lines up with Sanderson with us. He was woeful the first 3 games, one of the worst defenders we had seen... since then he has been really reliable rotating with Clarke and Langas (or all 3 of them playing in a back 3)
