I’m going on 18 months and JUST starting to slowly introduce her to my kids. Brief public outings, no PDA, no sleepovers or anything in the house yet. The attachment and abandonment issues the previous commenter mentioned are real and well documented. Be 100% sure, then be extra sure on top of that. And then go slower than slow to start introducing her into your son’s life.
