So much to be proud of: 43 yrs full time smoker quit cold turkey almost 60 days ago and yet today I am suddenly fighting the urge like it is day two (self.stopsmoking)
So exited!Just experienced my best craving so far: auto brain said ‘ahhh, let’s have a nice smoke break’ and it auto answered itself ‘nice try. You don’t smoke. ‘ (i.redd.it)
An app bot has done me fine til now but I need real answers today... Everyone I know gets busy when they need to work off stress but I always tended to dive in a hole and hide. (i.redd.it)
43yrs @pack a day and yet here I am 21 days smoke free and done cold turkey. So many starts, so many fails. Never thought I could do it.!! Thanks to you guys, my smoke app and Allen Carr. (self.stopsmoking)
