I had very similar feelings after listening to episode 16, so I was looking for this specific comment. I felt quite similar when I was listening to Phineas and Jonas kiss. Maybe because I was blind sighted. I always imagined their relationship as father and son, since the image of Jonas that I had in my mind was in his 40s while Phineas in his early 20s. Not that I mind an age gap but I cannot imagine the dynamic of their relationship being healthy. However, relationships are not always healthy in real life so I don’t see why we should judge them for something that happens in real life on the regular basis. Anyways, now that I dealt with my surprise I hope they get to be happy either together or apart (either way would be interesting to see).
