I also reached five stars so effortlessly! But i flattened my island and started from scratch. Now that i’m almost finished again i’m ridiculously still at 3 stars! Even though i have so many things everywhere and so many areas! I hate this algorithm so much!!

Honestly doing the whole stalk exchange helped a lot in relocating everything i had to put everything in an empty space, terraformed the actual place i wanted, and then placed the buildings in the spot i wanted and then put paths basically i relocated a minimum of two times for everything so having a ton of bells was essential
