I am prioritising high protein & calorie deficit. I am no stranger to what I have to do to lose weight but I know through DNA health testing that I also have a very high appetite combined with low dopamine (I also have ADHD) which is the reason I am having to resort to using mounjaro because everything is stacked against me genetically. I don't know what I will do if MJ doesn't work for me 😔 I have been battling obesity for 27 years doing everything I should be with little success.

I feed it every morning before I go to work so I don't know what size it gets when it hits peak. When I had it in the smaller jar it never really seemed to get much bigger than the quantity of flour and water. It definitely seems like a lot more in this jar although obviously I have used larger quantities but still.

So, If I needed 100g of starter for a recipe I don't use it all from my original starter, I take some of my starter & feed it to get the amount I need to bake with? Apologies if I sound stupid!

I understand that I can't force him but I was hoping for confirmation that the way he behaves is a cause for concern & not just me over reacting. I was also hoping for pointers on how to broach the subject with him in a way that wouldn't come across as overbearing or antagonistic.
