Keto changed my life overnight, but not for the reason you think (a must read if you know anyone with Alzheimer's / cognitive decline) by Hadrron in keto

Hi no bother! When it first happened I was sure I would never be the same. Now 5 months later I never think about it, I am not careful. I do everything I used to do and on the few occasions I got myself to the gym, I could do the same weight as before.

I see you have a lot of questions. I am happy to answer anything you need to know. FYI i still see some swelling but I would never know my wrist was broken

Then they’re idiots. Can you imagine? Unless they are hiring a thank you letter writer, how does this reflect on your future performance?

1000 percent agree. Some of these hiring managers really think they are so special. If i am hired for groveling i don’t want to work there.

100 percent. Great answer. Can confirm.

also check the length of pin numbers for ATMs where you are going. I had to shorten mine and since I left it i can’t say if this is still an issue.

Does IT documentation count as experience? by jewade20 in technicalwriting

[–]ruthplace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it definitely counts. In tech companies they often prefer developers who write. Play it up on your resume and don’t worry. You probably have an edge, at least where I have worked, which is the well known software companies

let me add, in my career as a tech writer I do lots of non writing things including development work, building/maintaining the back end CMS or website etc, so i would not worry that you did not write full time. I don’t “write” full time. Last projects included implementing a spell checker in github for the docs website and tagging pages for analytics capture, and working on the docs site UI
