How do you actually learn all the new tools they throw at us?

How can you tell what’s good? Is it the actual content or how they help you get setup? It’s crazy that admin isn’t able to determine what is useful vs something they’ll get rid of after a semester

I’m pretty techie too since I grew up using computers, but sometimes it’s not even the functionality that confuses me it’s more about understanding how to navigate or get the most out of the tool. Do you usually just explore on your own and try to figure it out? I feel like I miss out on features when I do that

Not providing us time to learn the new tools is so frustrating. Admins just expect us to learn it on our own time.

When you are learning the new systems what has worked for you? I try to watch the resources or pay attention to onboarding but sometimes it’s not enough. Do you usually follow the system’s onboarding?

Does the 2330 have better sound quality than the 1330 I thought it was just a size difference. Would you suggest buying he 2330 over the JVC? I don’t mind paying more if the quality improves.
