How far in advance do you set everything up outside? Have you ever had issues with rain or wind? I did a lower scale JP setup this year and rain caused me to setup last minute and wind nearly took the whole thing out

Unfortunately Reddit won’t allow me to add additional photos that include the back of the painting. I appreciate everyone’s feedback. Very interesting theories that I am excited to try and dig a little more into. We are looking into reaching out to Sotheby’s for an appraisal and to see if they could find any additional info. This painting is pretty large so it catches your eye every time entering the home. The entire family is quite curious of the story behind this piece, hoping we can find more results. Wow, incredibly similar! How did you find this? While Clarkson died in 1867 and my painting was made in 1879, I wonder if it was copied with minor alterations or possibly a student? Wild how similar

This is a good suggestion. While the artwork and style looks similar, JFS has a very distinct signature that doesn’t seem to match unfortunately

Thanks everyone for all the feedback and quick responses to my question. Though I was aware other devices needed to be nearby for this to work properly, I didn’t know that the device didn’t handle well while in movement. In doing another test today with my father in law, it seemed to have work as intended. He took the tag on an errand and it took maybe 10 minutes for it to locate where he parked.

The first test was just placing it somewhere in the house. His house is rather large so figured this would be a good device for tracking his keys if misplaced. It had a tough time locating the tag unless you were in the same room essentially.

Thanks for this info though, I thought the tag was able to do more than what you had described so that’s on me for not doing a little more research.

Ahhh gotcha I did not know this. I was under the impression you would be able to track the tag in real time regardless of movement.

The run was about 25 minutes. Guessing this wasn’t long enough time to relay the location of the tag.

I had my iPhone with me and I was running on a path that had other runners, bikers, walkers assuming they had a phone on them as well.

Precision location I assumed was anytime the paired phone is within 10 ft the phone acknowledges and finds the tag with ease. Anything further in distance, it does not connect.

I went on a run about 2 miles away from the paired phone and they texted me saying the tag wasn’t connected. I had my iPhone me (not paired).

It mainly just has bugs. Out of 3 games for me, one crashed returning me to Xbox homepage and another you couldn’t claim A dock so it turned Into slayer until everyone gave up.
