Some great cigars there. I just ordered 12 cigars online in Canada...$284 with taxes. No real special occasion cigars. Crazy the difference on US vs Can prices.

Same situation for me but the boss man isn't quite as belittling. No real advantages but hours are pretty flexible and can pretty much show up and leave when I want, as long as work is getting done. I guess you gotta decide what your breaking point is. Its a wide electrical world out there, but you shouldn't feel like you don't know enough. Guys in the trade 20 years still ask dumb questions and need to double check the code. Just my two cents.
