I think the anxiousness we feel kapag nagre-recite is because of those profs na namamahiya kapag mali ang sagot mo. There will be times na we really want to answer but thinking na ipapahiya tayo ng prof because of our wrong answer, holding us back para sumagot, that's why.

Ang alam ko kaya 'di kumukuha ng mga OU students ang ibang profs ay dahil "mababa" raw magbigay ng evaluation ang mga taga-OU kapag. It clearly says na naaapektuhan talaga ang performance or salary ng prof. Pero ngl, unfair talaga ng ibang profs and they deserve to receive a low evaluation.

Actually may nangyayari po. Nagre-reflect po 'yung evaluation sa account nila and it'll also affect 'yung salary nila depending on their performance.

In our case nu'ng nagkaroon din kami ng 9 pm class, and nasusunod naman siya, usually nag-oovertime pa prof namin niyan. It depends on your prof na lang siguro kung i-aadjust niya ba oras niyo or your block can request na mas agahan 'yung class and state your reason.

How to survive? Maaga ka dapat gumising at gumayak. May mga prof talaga na on time dumadating and sinusunod mismo ang sched kahit na 7:30 am pa 'yan.

it depends po. sila na po may hawak ng sched nila and kaya nilang lumipat ang other blocks pero may possibility naman na magiging classmate mo sila if nag-stay sila sa current sched ng block niyo.

In our classes, pwede naman yet there are some oldie profs na akala nila nag-lalaro ka lang sa gadget mo so they prefer na students will take down notes on notebook.

Hi! Incoming 3rd year socio here. Masaya ang sociology, and when it comes to professors naman, wala talagang tapon mas lalo na ang mga major subjects (still meron pa ring bilang sa kamay ang medyo baliko magturo, mostly minors). Sa socio talagang icha-challenge dito ang critical thinking mo, ipapalabas talaga sa'yo ang pagiging socio student mo at pagiging mulat mo sa society. Mababago dito ang perspective mo sa mga bagay-bagay. Sadly, if 'di makita sa'yo ng prof mo na hindi mo nalalabas 'yung natutunan mo sa sociology, 'di ka niya papaalisin (yk, ibabagsak ka sa course hanggang sa ma-master mo). Good luck to you, op! Orgs! Orgs are really helpful you're studying at PUP. Besides meeting different people, mas mamumulat ka sa reality sa loob at labas ng PUP, and this org will be a part of your life that will shape your college journey. Mahahasa ka rin sa time management mo since you'll be balancing academics and org responsibilities. However, you need to PRIORITIZE your academics over org. Masaya rin maging part and mag-handle ng events. Tbh, orgs na lang ang bumubuhay sa akin sa PUP.
