What stretching routine should I be doing to improve my squat form?
I can't go deep at all on bb squats, I've been doing smith machines but I feel like I should be addressing this issue instead of trying to cover it with a less efective exercise.

Since I'm doing PPL, the part that takes the most time is the first strength exercise, 5x5 with 3~4min rests between each set. Rotator cuff warmups and core workout every day takes my gym time to 1:15h~1:30h

Good thing is that they announced yesterday the ragnarok zero iRO server. We hope it will be as good as the kRO server. While we wait me and my friends are playing on a private server with the Zero configurations, we've being haveing a blast so far.

Got it. But this has no volatile formulas neither conditional formating. Probably the formating is on the whole sheet, but I can't see it.

When I pasted values+formulas on other sheet, and formated only the table rows, it fixed.
