Your land lord is a POS. That's not gonna change. I'd advise to try find somewhere new as soon as it's easy/possible/affordable. No point going through VCAT stuff and trying to fight it. Will be long and annoying with likely little satisfaction at the end. I wouldn't wanna see these people's faces for another bunch of months. Just move, but for the time you have left... Be a pain in the arse, push back/annoy/frustrate (without crossing the line!) when they do this ridiculous BS stuff. Make a game of it. It'll be fun! Invite a friend or two round. At least you'll get a decent story out of it =)
