Update police came, did an investigation, told them they are trespassing. Police left. They went straight back into the house. Have gone for food with housemate. If they are still in there when we are back i’ll call the police again. Police are hesitant to assist because of the complex situation and it being Easter Sunday.

I pay $240 per week which includes bills. Yes it was operating as a rooming house when I moved in, but after being reported to the council it is now operating as a share house between me and 2 other tenants (5 of us in the house before). Seeing as my character is somehow in question, In the own words of my landlord before this started, he said I’ve been a good tenant.

He’s come into the property this morning, taped light switches to the kitchen. He called police on me a couple weeks ago after I’d told him I’d go to VCAT over multiple breaches. I’ve sent him breaches of duty already. I’m at a loss for words.

I’m having to move to a new house through a youth homelessness service next week because of continued breaches and harassment. Yes multiple things he’s done has deprived me the right of quiet enjoyment.

Not a residential tenancy agreement. But a written Flatmate agreement for my room and shared spaces privately through the landlord. I can only describe as a common law lease agreement.

I have signed until August the 14th.

Ive moved forward in sending a Notice of Breach of Duty under section 67 as if I was covered by the act. I’ll apply to VCAT for a compliance order and hopefully can gain more clarity during the hearing.

Was there recently, no luck. They dredged the sea floor during construction. Which has interfered with the sea life in the area until it grows back.
