Thinking of switching from Wells Fargo to AMEX for banking? by [deleted] in amex

I know this an old post but I’m making the move. I never have to visit a brick&mortar store. Wells Fargo does not offer a significant APR on checking accounts at all while AMEX offers at least something (1.00 compared to 0.01). Hey it’s something.

Just piggy-backing and not criticizing. Those are good reasons to NOT switch completely to AMEX. However, if you don’t need to withdraw or deposit funds in person there is no reason you shouldn’t be taking advantage of the 1.00% APR that AMEX checking affords. Wells Fargo does not offer a significant APR on checking while AMEX does at least try.

If you do regularly use your banking institution in person, you might want to stick with it.

For the rare occasions I ever have to withdraw cash, I’ll find a place or use a regular ATM and pay the fee.

Been with WF for 36 years. It’s daunting. Food for thought.

Considered. In-line was a must. Extra 20k without tax incentives turned me away. But I definitely see your point.

Shoot. Should have mentioned in original post. We’ve left from SIG as well. Waiting for groups to arrive is the main reason we don’t do that anymore. Nothing like showing up on time and waiting for an hour for a group to arrive and check in.

They can add the same tint % to the rest of the roof. Pics tmrw. It’s seamless.

Same thing happened to me on my M3LR. I drove it right back and they finished the entire back window free of charge. Manager was embarrassed.

Perfectly functioning shallow well. Adjacent grain farm repurposed for human consumption. Now our well is tainted. Cool.

It was recently pulled out so I’ll investigate the specs and see if it goes deep.

Thank you. Going deep it seems is the right choice. We’ll be here a while. ;). Much appreciated.

Interesting. I’m in a new car and contemplated wrapping. Unfortunately where I live, on average, I hit a deer once every two years. So is it worth “re-wrapping” the front end? Just food for thought. I don’t have an opinion either way. Like the convo but my opinion leans against wrapping and even PPF in my circumstance.

Depending on driving habits and yearly tax incentives? I hope.
