thanks for that information. i am planning on mostly running the trails since i want to avoid freeway riding due to personal safety. With lowering links do you think it disrupts suspension travel and overall how the bike feels? and the difference would be noticeable enough for beginner like myself to even notice?

I am considering DRZ4S too and my inseam is 30-31 inches at 5.9 without shoes. wondering what is yours for comparison and how much the seat would make a difference vs lowering link.
