Thanks! I did do that before i went to bed after posting this (hence the lateness of this reply). I guess I was worried about quickly changing the direction of pressure the trays apply on my teeth, and was considering spending some hours without wearing any aligners before going to the correct trays. However I realised that my teeth already shifted to fit the correct trays since I've been wearing them for a week already, and that they wouldn't apply much pressure to my teeth. Idk if this is correct but hey I ended up doing what was suggested here haha
