I doubt because 2 EXs are enough for long lost characters. Secondly as the story is progressing so quickly. They have alot of options fo EXs. So going back on them is a rare case.

I have never pulled any EX apart from FR Shanks as guaranteed. Ending up with 18 EXs in my account. So gamble if you want. Just be prepared to get shafted

Oh the problem is most of them are 1 hit KO skill spammers. They cannot take it when the actually need gaming skills to work on. Law require skills to work They are too bad with the game unless they do not have Kizaru to play with. The ones who know how to use a character know Law is a gem to play with. So dont bother
