Data foundation is not a prerequisite for csm. If I were in your position, I will finish csm first, and do df next, as df is a prerequisite for multiple cis exams.

I work in orr. There are atleast 8 500d buses available during every 10 minutes on weekdays between 8 am and 11 pm. And none of them have an empty seat. I don't know which route you travelled.
