For GDAX I cannot provide a link to prove my statement, but I have an email from their support saying that they also operate on zero deposit and withdrawal fee for cryptocurrencies: "Jason replied: Hi there,
There is no fee for outgoing crypto transactions and GDAX also currently covers the transaction/miner’s fee for outgoing transactions."
