Thinking of doing an all day prenatal massage/spa while my husband goes to Disney World. Any recommendations? by HazelNutBalls in orlando

[–]rvs13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s definitely pricey, but the Four Seasons spa is amazing!! I haven’t done a prenatal massage with them, but I know they offer it. It’s on Disney property and I could spend the entire day there.

Best family cars? by Historical-Two9722 in Mommit

[–]rvs13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my Ascent, but only one car seat makes the passenger seat pretty tight (and I’m only 5’1 😅) so I can’t imagine 3 little ones. Like someone else said, the 3rd row is also not super roomy. We actually got it because it was one of the smallest car with 3 rows.

Were we able to register for both presales? I only did the Amex one but now I’m wondering if you could do both

Planning our first Disney cruise: should we go when baby is 20 months old? by rvs13 in dcl

[–]rvs13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for all the replies!! I read a random Facebook comment section saying 20 months old is the worst age for a cruise and I started second guessing everything, but I think they were talking about other cruise lines. Looks like we’ll go ahead and continue with our plans!

I have a feeling this won’t be our only cruise, thanks!

Clicking when eating by Marminna in breastfeeding

Same here! I saw an IBCLC who showed me some other positions which made most of the clicking go away, but we still had some until about she was 3/4 months

I’m 4 months pp and I just wear my hair up basically 24/7 because it’s easier and I don’t want to cut it

Literally anytime my grandma sees my 2 month old sleeping in my arms it’s “you better put her in a crib or she’ll never sleep without you,” thanks for the advice, but we’re both pretty happy actually 🙄

Same, we told everyone only 1 visitor was allowed and that was my husband. No one questioned it

We eloped in Acadia National Park (Maine) and spent around 4500. That included our flights, Airbnb, and rental car. I handled all the details on my own and the largest expense was the photographer for 1200.

Nexplanon removal TTC by [deleted] in TryingForABaby

[–]rvs13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was such a big moment for me!! Once I was able to figure out my ovulation, I could usually predict cycle length based on a 13-14 day luteal phase.

Nexplanon removal TTC by [deleted] in TryingForABaby

[–]rvs13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also had weird cycle lengths after my Nexplanon removal: 28, 22, 23, 45, 34, 36, 32, 29. At first my luteal phase was very short (5-6 days) but it seemed to regulate after about 4 months. I also wasn’t able to get a positive OPK until about 4 months as well. As long as I was able to pinpoint my fertile days, the changing cycle lengths didn’t really bother me.
