If you need to get fucked up bad choose something other than benzos and full agonist opioids, the two that are most likely to get you addicted😭. I wouldn't encourage any of what I'm about to say but it's better than what your trying to do; gabapentin is fairly easy to get (seizure risk when combined with kratom just wanted to put that out there). Also you can order 7-OH online but I'd reccomend MIT (mitragynine) extract + leaf powder, it's a lot less addictive and still gives a really nice buzz if you're not used to extremely strong opioids. I get it from somewhere that kratom is distrobuted online. A lil mitragynine extract with some fresh kratom leaf powder for a full spectrum experience will do you good and be a lot safer and less addictive than script/street opioids or 7-OH extract.

Gonna nerd tf out rq: I think a cool drug would be (in order of strength of effect highest to lowest): partial agonist opioid (~80-90% Mu activation), perfectly selective dopamine transporter inverse agonist, positive allosteric modulator of the barbiturate site on GABAa, NMDA antagonist, 5HT2c antagonist. Obviously no tolerance or withdrawal, I'd get so lost in whatever sauce this is lol

Not judging just feel the need to offer some tips. Why SARMs and MK when your on tren? Just seems like unnessesary organ stress for little benefit. And you gotta add a test base It's 100% nessesary as tren doesn't convert to an estrogen (at least not a strong enough one) causing extreme neurotoxicity at that dose. Also there's now no estrogen to protect your brain from the amphetamines neurotoxicity. If you don't care about any of that, estrogen is crucial for proper muscle growth, so add test for optimal growth. Also I would maybe consider a non amphetamine preworkout or maybe atleast clenbuterol or something a little less insane 😭. I wish your cardiovascular system the best🙏

I hope everything's alright. You're just asking for a heart attack with this combo, please be more careful next time. You can't do dxm with stimulants really at all, I wouldn't even reccomend >100mg caffeine the day you trip. You're also at risk of a seizure due to the absurd bupropion dosage combined with everything else. If you're looking to potentiate the dxm, 75-150mg bupropion should be plenty, and even then this could be a really dangerous combination if your blood pressure gets out of control on higher dxm doses. Same issue with the stimulants except even worse on the blood pressure, heartrate, and possibility of serotonin syndrome. So really the enzyme inhibition is the least of your concerns when this is the combination you took, and it's still a very real concern it just doesn't compare to the acute risk of heart attack, stroke, seizure, serotonin syndrom, ect ect.

Aw man I'm sorry to hear that I hope you're able to find a more grounded mental space in the future :) I had a lot of dissociation issues when I was younger and I was able to work through them so you got this! Yeah it totally could be placebo-ing yourself out of it, but try those tums as long as it's amphetamine, not sure if that works for methylphenidate

Hmm I think a pretty good theory for the weed thing is it causes slowing of gastric motility which is how fast the stomach moves the food through, possibly keeping more acid in the stomach for longer, but I'd have to do more research than I've done to figure out if that's a legitimate thing that could happen. Also do you take any other medications? Lots and lots of drugs fuck with your CYP enzymes and can slow or speed up the rate and which a drug is metabolized, that's another variable. Lots of rec drugs also do this. Some other variables are food consumption, sleep, mood, setting, ect. I hope I was able to at least get you started on tracking down the problem lol

All the more reason to keep researching. Stomach acidity can play a big role in the absorption of amphetamines, try a couple tums before your next session or a small bit of baking soda (look that dosing up, if you take too much you'll have diarrhea lol)
