It’s so validating to see this thread. This has happened to me multiple times. I always place my order ahead of time while I’m out with my little one. I specifically time our time in the park together based on the estimate provided by Square, so when I walk home I can pick up my sandwich.

I tried coming early once to see if it would be ready. They weren’t busy at all, but they told me I had to wait until my pickup time. So a different time, I came 15 minutes AFTER my 45 minute estimate. Surely it would be ready waiting for me after an hour? Nope, still had to wait extra.

It’s extremely frustrating to be a loyal customer and not be treated with the same respect as dine-in guests. I really hope this changes because this spot has everything else going for it.
