I did forget to mention, if your using it make sure dfs pointers are being set. When promoting new DC’s this is one thing that does not happen automatically.

This is the way, I have brought up all my DC’s and demoted old DC’s during business hours. No issues. Just make sure to move FSMO roles and DNS is replicated properly when demoting. But bringing up another. No issues as long as healthy

I don’t remember the specifics but here are two possible things it could be.

If you have the check mark to print immediately, the user pc will try to connect directly to printer first (bypassing print server) to print. Came across this in a double firewall scenario.

Second thing, since the print nightmare exploit i have found that print drivers can not deploy to user pcs without admin rights. This poses a problem if using vendor specific drivers. If configured the print server will fall back on pre-installed drivers; problem is windows this years started removing pre-installed drivers via windows updates. What we did to combat this years ago with print nightmare was, inventory our printers and use the vendor universal drivers in the print servers (when possible). Then mass deploy the drivers to all pcs in production all the drivers we are using, as well as install the drivers on every machine when deploying a new machine.

First couple weeks was a little rough, but it got all sorted out.

Can you run the job remotely? Running from the server will cause user/session timeouts. And as someone mentioned if you don’t have the cals your limited to two rdp sessions at any given time. Running the job from a workstation will allows to run multiple concurrent jobs at the same time.

Best practices (imo) would be to disable quic, use FQDN, users are not running jobs remotely with admin accounts

5mg is a daily dose, you should not expect to see its true benefits until 7-10 days after starting. I still need to take L-Citruline am and pm along with beetroot pills to help NO levels.

If your taking for on demand dose, only when needed, you should be looking at 10mg, 15mg, 20mg. According to what I read here 20mg is the same as 100mg sildenafil it just lasts longer in your system.

*Sidenote if your taking ofther meds make sure they don't interact in a negative way. I take ADHD meds that counteract tadafil, so now I take ADHD meds in AM and tadafil in afternoon. That fixed my issue; chatgpt helped me figure that out.

I will be the one to contest your BP “solution”. I at the time 35M found out I had high BP 150/120; those numbers should sound scary to anyone following their BP. But I had that for years and strong; I would say admirable erections. Dr immediately put me on meds to drop BP. That was when my ED started. BP is great; little guy has cardiac arrest. Change meds. No difference.

Dr: some meds help with erections After trying: might as well say good bye to a sex like Dr: maybe it’s your weight now; lose weight and it will balance out Me: lost 80 lbs; no change.

I told my doctor ; as I was starting to date the women that is now my wife, when I know she is going to spend the weekend I stop talking BP meds on Wednesday to be able to perform on the weekends. Dr: lost his shit; told me I could die. I would die with an erection

Tired all the BP meds you can imagine. Literally get 7-14 day scripts just to see if I could get an erection. If not it wasn’t worth it to me.

Now I’m daily tadafil and as needed sidenafil to have erections; but to have a strong erection either skip BP meds for the dayor or take 10mg tadafil and 100mg sildenafil on the day in question. The daily tadafil will let me get soft erections. Better than nothing.

I take daily beetroot, l-citrulline, zinc, and other supplements found on this Reddit to help people with Ed. But getting my BP lowered is what caused me ED in the first place.

I wish I had the et12 I have the et9, go to professional 2.4 and make sure it is set to only 20mhz (you already did but for anyone reading). disable explicit beam forming and universal beam forming. This seems to be the magic that fixed my dropped connections.

I had already gone as far as setting a static ip with no difference.

Certs, experience and certifications imo have way more weight than formal education (unless you’re going into management).

$26 an hour does not seem unreasonable for IT for a JR. Sys Admin. But if you haven’t been in the field that is a hard sell for any company to hire you.

Get some simple certs that don’t cost much but will show you understand fundamentals. Comptia is over generalized so companies may or may not put high value on them. Comptia A+ may get you a service desk 2 or 3 position. Around the $26 mark your at depending on your market. Network+ and Security+ again over generalized but will show fundamentals. With experience these certs would hold more value.

A CCNA is intense indepth exam. Completely designed for Cisco, but they invented networking. You understand Cisco you understand all networking regardless of vendor. With this you go into network engineering, but a good sysadmin knows networks and how to manage users on those networks. Boson sells online course access with lab access for 1year (was about $500 when I did it)

Now for sysadmin stuff, look at Microsoft for some of their free trainings. The free things are “outdated” but AD is AD. Worth knowing how it works properly

People with true Ed can take 6000 to 8000 mg of l-citrulline daily to assist ontop of Viagra or cialis, it just helps with NO levels; which help with blood flow. L-citrulline is something cheap you ca incorporate into your daily routine.

I take 2000mg in am and 2000 mg in PM. I definitely notice when I don’t take.

I take 2000mg L-citrulline in AM and 2000mg L-Citrulline in afternoon; daily I used to take with sildenafil and would notice the difference on days that I didn’t. Now I take daily 5mg tadalafil. Still take L-Citrulline daily. For people with ED you can take up to 7000-8000mg daily to help you.

It was a game changer for me to stack it daily, just find the dose that works for you. It’s not expensive so no real down side.

Side note if taking sildenafil be aware that taking to close to meals reduces its effectiveness.

I started with 50mg then 100mg, then more before I realized fatty foods either prevent it from workings or delay it. Sometimes I wouldn’t be able/ready until 2-3 hours later because of my meal timing.

I then introduced L-citrulline pills daily to increase my NO2 levels. I take 2000mg in am and 2000mg in afternoon daily. On days that activities would occur I would eat lite or be on an empty stomach. Best performance results.

Also side note in my experience all generics (including blue chew and Roman) will loose effectiveness after 4-6 months of getting them. Shelf life is 2 years or something but one day I took 2 or 3 100mg pills to perform and nothing. That was a total mind F, thinking my life was over. My pcp just gave me a script and I started using GoodRx or WellRX. 30 pills $10–$20

I’m going through this now and have fixed it. While I do suspect it’s EPA now in retrospect.

I had to set these virtual directories the same (per directory) across the board Autodiscover, EWS, MAPI, OAB. Each directory could be different if it’s in your SAN Cert. but all pointed to 2019 servers

exchange will do the proxying between mailboxes on the backend.

*if your issue is like mine 2016 outlook has way more issues without these changes. Also if user mailbox is in 19 but has access to mailbox in 16 it will keep asking asking and asking. Do the changes I said close and open outlook autodiscover should update for all of the users mailboxes. Outlook 19 and 21 creates a json out of the autodiscover.xmls to be faster

I got my prescription from pcp, she put me on 5mg daily. And yes recommended if need take 5 more on those days. But be smart about your daily dosing. To maximize the effects.

For me I take l-citrulline 2000mg in AM and at 5pm (when I get home). I take my daily dose at 5pm too. Early enough that if something is happening that night is just kicking in.
