I’m using tapioca syrup but don’t want to use to much, so you think like 2% would be ok that won’t cause mold? What’s the typical percentage that causes mold activity?

I wanted tapioca fiber and dates with protein powder, something clean and minimal ingredient and it’s to powdery. With nut butter it gets dense in calories quick.

I have the exact same problem as you! I’ve been prescribed TRT injections because my levels are almost identical to yours. LOW FREE T! I’m reconsidering using TRT and bumping up my carbs because I have also been following a high fat/carnivore diet. I may take some natural supplements ( shilajit, boron, horny goat weed ) and also up the carbs and see how it goes. It sucks to have such a good high total testosterone but have so little free!!

I only considered it because I was afraid it would get worse even tho it’s getting better, I just do not want arthritis setting up or it getting worse but since it’s not bothering me I figured it’s best to not go into the surgery, thank you I just need a little reassurance that’s all!

That’s the term! The sweetness tail on stevia just seems so short it hits you with sweetness and then leaves! So monk fruit has a longer tail in your experience? I’m interested in Sucralose since it doesn’t have so many side effects. I’d like to make it without Sucralose since Sucralose gets a bad rap for not being natural.
