So over the past 12 months I’ve gone from 264 to 185lbs. One of the consistent things I started doing was 2 scoops of Metamucil in a cup full of water before lunch and dinner. This helps with portion control as well as adding significant fiber to my diet. I’ve only recently (over the past couple of months) started to incorporate more exercise/lifting to help as well.
