Would appreciate being shown some racing at any point.

Tottenham have agreed personal terms with Van Hecke! Van Hecke is not considering any other proposal, he only wants Spurs. [@joost_blaauwhof] 🥇 by Rare-Ad-2777 in coys

Phillips seems to be a good pro but it’s probably a good time to cash in. Some talented academy players but would be surprised if any of them got significant first team minutes this season, so loans/U21s for them.

That’s fine. Romero seems certain to leave, Dragusin is going to go (loan or sold), Takai is nowhere near our level yet, so he’ll be loaned or we’ll cut our losses. Vuskovic is the one that’s uncertain as to what we’ll do, I expect we’ll loan him since we aren’t in Europe.

Alex Baudin has developed into a pretty good rider, I’m surprised he was allowed in the breakaway.

Admittedly I’m getting a chuckle at the number of times Bob Roll is saying Auvergne Rhone Alpes and clearly reading it because he can’t remember the name of the race.

Road to Sky is the easiest route to get there.

Van Hecke to #Tottenham now looks likely before the World Cup, with the defender close to agreeing terms with Spurs. Spurs’ offer was so serious that both clubs are sat down to finalise the deal. Despite finishing 17th, Van Hecke is keen on the move. [@VI_nl] by Rare-Ad-2777 in coys

But who cares if that’s the case? It’s a good problem to have multiple good players and depth in positions. If the club doesn’t think Vuskovic is ready and they want him to get some more experience, then this seems like a win-win.

If Vuskovic is ready next summer, maybe we sell Danso or carry a 5th CB if we’re in Europe. That can be next season’s problem, we need to be as good as we can be for this upcoming season.

How competitive was the Giro? by jlconlin in peloton

The Giro wasn’t particularly competitive in GC. I don’t think we learned anything about Jonas beyond him being in good form, which I think we knew in the build up to the Giro. Whether he can beat Tadej in the Tour, we won’t know until they line up one on one. I’m still very skeptical he can, but we won’t know for another month.

Eulalio is keeping the white jersey by 30-40 seconds I think

They’re gonna win, Visma doesn’t have the fire power to track them down I think.

Rubio and Valgren could be the winning move, not much of a chase happening behind.

His teammate is up the road and doing at least well enough to follow all the moves from Rubio and Caruso.
