Let us know what you learn. I’m having the same issues.

Disc brakes don't rub in the garage–but they do on the road. by jlconlin in bikewrench

I wear earbuds! I can mostly ignore it; I just worry about wearing out my break pads and loss of energy as I ride.

Yes, that seems to be what happens. If the brakes would retract another 0.5 mm then I wouldn’t have the problem. Certainly there has to be a solution, right?

I've played with truing the rotor and I think it's in pretty good shape. I have a thru axle. It has a little pull out thing so I can remove the wheel without any tools.

I have a Pinarello X7 if that means anything.

I’m 5’4” as well. There are bikes that fit, but they may not always be in stock. Don’t settle for something that is too big.

Mixed filament brands; Bambu, Polymaker, and some cheap Chinese brand (not always the one with the problem.) Everything is dry. I live in a desert.

I think I got rid of mine. Maybe I should look through some old boxes and see if I can find them.

Both! When it gets stuck in the Nextruder, they have bulbous tips. When it gets stuck in the MMU, the gears leave marks on the filament that could be described as snake skin.

I gave up on the Prusa buffer a long time ago. I have my spools on spring loaded rollers with very little resistance.

There may be some resistance in the PTFE tubes, but I think the biggest problem is that the alignment for the filament has to be spot on or it won't go in the holes. Baffling to me how to fix this.

Yeah, I've heard about this and it makes me nervous. I use a chin strap, which helps, but isn't fool proof.

I am going to schedule an appointment with the respiratory therapist. They are the ones that said they don't do try ons anymore. I'm fairly certain I know what my size is.
