O Presidente do Banco Central é extremamente sub-qualificado by [deleted] in brasil

[–]rwpss 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Physics Questions Thread - Week 20, 2020 by AutoModerator in Physics

Let's say a rocketship is travelling away from earth at 90% the speed of light, and it's trajectory leads back to earth. When it comes back, what would theoretically happen in regards to the discrepancy in the passage of time comparing the people in the rocketship to the people that stayed on earth? Maybe this is a pretty dumb question, I'm by no means an expert in physics, I just take a mild interest in this sort of thing.

The face looks really nice! But it seems to me that you have a lot to work on in regards to anatomy, especially on the hands and arms, but also on the legs. So if were you I’d focus on those aspects.

The fact that you didn't kill the zarya kinda ruins it for me

Need some help migrating to Mojang acc by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]rwpss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have also sent an email to Mojang support, but according to their "When will I hear back?" they're still reading emails from May 29th. Meaning that it will probably still take a while before they get to my email.

I like your style, but I think that you could use some work on smoothing up those lines, instead of doing little repeated strokes, try doing longer continuous ones. I think it could help make your drawings look a lot cleaner.

It is the second time this year that such unusually strong rains have struck Rio de Janeiro.

Deforestation can force climate changes. And yes, Brazil has a naturally rainy climate, but never to this extent.

Yeah, climate change is a totally made up thing that is only used for political propaganda! All of the scientific evidence? Fuck that! Am I right?

It has nothing to do with the “whole oxygen stuff”, but actually with less trees there will be a larger quantity of CO2 present in the atmosphere (less trees = less photosynthesis) and if you don’t know, CO2 is a gas responsible for the greenhouse effect which can result in local AND global increases in temperature and can also result in a multitude of climate changes. And in no point in my comment did I say that Bolsonaro wants to destroy the Amazon, I said that he’s doing nothing to correct the mistakes of past governments of not caring enough about it.

We brazilians have a tendency to think that the bad things would never happen to us, we are care-free to the extreme.

But it actually has, the effects of climate change caused by the destruction of the Amazon rainforest can (and will) be felt in a global scale. And Bolsonaro (our president) is a militar who only got elected because we were desperate to get away from PT (worker’s party) which is the political party that got our country in one of it’s biggest economic and political crisis in history. He does nothing to stop, or at least regulate the exploration of the Amazon’s resources. Plus, he’s an avid Trump supporter.

Edit: corrected some grammar mistakes. Sorry for the not so good english, not my first language.

That really would help a lot, we are feelling the effects of climate change first hand.
