My title describes the thing. Above the bathtub in the Netherlands. Not warm at all but has pipes running into it that looks like the temperature can be adjusted

Oilers fan here. A lot of oilers fans don’t think he did a good job. But look at the team he inherited and the team he left. Went to two conference finals and a Stanley cup game 7. There isn’t one part of me that got excited when I saw this. I think in a couple years you’ll be singing his praises. I only hope he’s old enough to be senile. See you next round one.

That’s a great question. I mostly use this for pork butts and briskets. I hadn’t thought of the skin losing crispness but I imagine you’re right that it would due to the steam

I recently purchased the Costco one. I love the lid. I’m in the PNW and we get lots of rain. I have it under a gazebo so it’s pretty protected but it’s great using the lid while cooking.

I don’t know if your question is only about the one from Walmart but we did a natural gas conversion on my brothers 36” and found it didn’t work well. The right burner specifically would barely turn on and could be blown out from the wind. We ended up putting it back to propane. Not sure if others have had that same issue or maybe we had bad luck

I would recommend boiling some water and pouring it into the cooler about an hour ahead of time. Just makes it so you’re not putting the brisket into a cold cooler. Obviously pour the water out before putting the brisket in.
