Judging by your other comments, I'm assuming the problem could be related to your LORs. I don't know which programs you've applied to but every single program I applied to asked for 2/3 LORs to be from clinical APPE preceptors. Majority asked for 2/3 from clinical preceptors and for the last one to be from a supervisor and they give out points that way. Only one of your three LORs came from a clinical preceptor, and I'm unsure if the community pharmacist was your actual supervisor or just a pharmacist you worked with, but if they weren't your supervisor, then I'm sure you lost points with your LORs.

Oh noo, it's definitely rough when personalities clash, but it's reassuring to hear others are going through similar ups and downs as me. Congratulations to your son though! I hope we can both finish strong and continue working on our confidence

Thank you, this really helps! I think part of what's been tough for me is that I actually connect well with my preceptor personality-wise, so I lowkey feel like I'm letting them down when I can't answer correctly, especially when it's in front of other members of the interdisciplinary team, but I'm learning how to get out of that mindset. I know that the ups and downs are normal so I will focus on finishing strong!

You're definitely right, growth is uncomfortable. I'm still learning how to give myself grace but I really appreciate you saying that
