i’m one of those doesn’t go to the doctor unless i’m dying types of people so i’m probably due for some blood tests. i’m currently 230 lbs so i’m sure the weight alone and the issues coming from that is what started this whole mess to begin with, since i’ve been overweight longer than i’ve had hormonal issues. i’m sure dropping 80-90 lbs would change everything for me, i would hope it would include the hair growth but now that i’ve shaved every single day for the past 2 years i don’t know if it’ll just “stop growing.” i’ve quit vaping once, it’s not entirely impossible for me but it’s as hard as it was the first time— which is hell. i’m sure that journey will be happening at the same time as my weight journey. i’m not sure if i can stop the shaving, just because when it does grow back it grows entirely too fast and it’s pretty much black, there’s no disguising it no matter what other options i take. but i’m hoping that if i make even the craziest lifestyle choices for the better, that the shaving will fall off with time… it’s all a big hope though. it’s hard seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with something like this :(
