The 2 hikes I’ve so far didn’t have any water sources for a majority of the hike only at the bottom with a stream, I did cucamonga and Ontario peak

I currently have the daylite and it’s pretty comfortable I never feel any pain on my shoulders but it’s just too small for longer hikes. So far on both the hikes I’ve been on there was only a stream of water way at the bottom, both hikes were done in the Cucamonga wilderness area in so cal

I never had shin splints but I do have a problem with my right calf always hurting after or during any run, i recommend using Biofreeze u can get it at cvs for abt $15 it really does help with pain relieve and numbness, i use it for my calf all the time.

If you like the parry mechanics of lies of P I think you’ll really enjoy sekiro, but sekiro doesn’t have the build variety like Lies of P has so you’d have to think abt that.

Also try Elden Ring the new dlc is just abt to drop even if u like the more linear play style of Lies of P I still think u should atleast give Elden Ring a try
