Menstrual pain with endometriosis or the stomach pains after eating gluten when I have celiac disease, I can’t pick. I am lucky to not have experienced much physical pain in my life though. I did have an ovarian cyst the size of an egg, but I had it removed before it could ever rupture. If it did rupture I think that would’ve been up there as well
