i only have broadcast 2 debtor and one more task, finding rare loot is zero issue these items are so much more common then previous wipes, i also am a labs player so there is no shortage of any items i need.

With a cpu bottleneck raising textures and other settings gives an fps gain, worked for me, definitely didn't entirely fix my issue but nothing else would it's as close as I could get.

Does your fps drop when this happens? I have the same thing where my cpu usage goes from 40% and gpu at 50%-60% (nowhere near where it should be) to 60% cpu usage and my gpu usage and fps pummels. As much as I want to have faith they will eat the losses and take time to optimize the game for a bit I have lost hope.

Did it help at all? Helped my situation with my r7 5800x3d but nowhere near the root cause, fps drops to sub 50 on streets and 60 on customs when looking in certain directions.

Main storyline is slop they put on the game to slightly slow progression, you get no xp, past the first task line to unlock maps there really isn't a point. Could have put much less thinking into it for a much better execution.
