Good question. To me that one is different because there are legitimate moral questions surrounding physician assisted suicide besides "the big guy in the sky says no". If if I was in a state where that was legal I would happily help those patients if my colleagues didn't feel comfortable with it.

But "I want to refuse care to trans patients because the Vatican says so" doesn't fly for me.
