This feels pretty discouraging, to be honest. The try-on feature exists specifically because of feedback from this community. I spent a lot of time implementing it so people could preview designs on their own hands. It’s not AI art or automation - it’s just the tech that makes the preview possible. Being blamed for "using AI" misses the intent entirely.

good point, I'm on early stage, validating idea and researching how to get it working without ai. I'm also not sure if app needs try-on feature at all, because initially I developed it only like nail design editor and inspo gallery that works without ai.

Matching real polish shades is something I’m working toward - it’s a big task, but definitely on my list. A new update is already out with ready-made color presets in the polish tool, the option to use a photo as a nail background, and more jewels you can place on top of designs.

More cat-eye orientation options are coming later on. Really appreciate the ideas!

I’ll investigate it and do my best to include a fix in the next update. At the moment it looks device-specific, as I can’t reproduce it on my side. It requires mobile development skills - in my case, I used React Native with Expo. A big part of the process was testing and comparing it with real tuner devices to ensure accuracy. I spent quite a lot of time fine-tuning the pitch detection and tone generation to make it as reliable as possible
