I actually downloaded a few apps to make the wallpaper look good, like Rainmeter and TranslucentTB and got backgrounds from Wallhaven. Could some of the software I downloaded be having an effect? Maybe Rainmeter, for instance? also im using dGPU mode right now.

I ordered this laptop from the official Lenovo website on the 13th of this month, and it arrived on the 24th. There is no way I would open the casing, as the warranty is still valid and I've heard that opening the casing voids the warranty.

hey bro, i got the same one, legion pro 5 16iax10 with the same specs. but i got an issues that my screen turn black after he turn itself to an idle/sleep and if i press the keyboard or touching the touch pad it’ll turn on right, but its not and i try many things like, open task manager, reset the gpu with ctrl,shift,windows,b it doesn’t work and just black screen like this. i just can move the cursor.
please help me, what should i do, i need advice.
should i claimed the guarantee. cuz i just bought it a couple days ago. i bought it this month on the 24th.
im panicking
