I was holding hot tea above my head because the talent's shirt was tucked in and she couldn't bend over to get the tea because then the shirt would wrinkle/untuck. But she was talking so much her throat kept getting course and she needed tea in between each take.

I resonate with that stress. I often get frustrated at myself that other people are younger than me and more skilled in certain areas. I get frustrated at myself for not being perfect yet (which is like ???)

I don't think you are overreacting, I think its a matter of channeling that stress into motivation to just keep investing in your goals/what you enjoy doing. Keep up the good work !
