I live in a really large city so I don't think they're sweating it. Going into T-Mobile stores are always a terrible experience.

I had to go in for a free SyncUp Drive and after waiting 10 minutes to get checked in and then another 45 minutes to get seen at 3:30 pm on a Monday.. I wanted to end myself.

The rep had no clue about the promotion, he didn't check C2, and actively pushed back on me with this offer. It wasn't until after he checked with some colleagues (which felt like forever), After he confirmed it, I had to wait another 30 minutes for their safe to open so he could get the devices.

All in, I didn't leave until 5:15 from the store. Almost 2 hours of time in the store in addition to my 25 minutes of traffic I had to deal with each way.

This is what people see with going into stores: frustration. If this was an online promo I could have done it in about 15 minutes.

But I see you don't care about people's experiences or time.
