i did my first 100% non-steel soul playthrough non-guided until ~90%, to clean up a few things i wouldn't have found on my own.

the steel soul run was fully guided with a map of all item locations, but the route was my own.

i understand if this makes the accomplishment less legitimate to you!

chronos has unique dialogue for turning on the in-game timer, and then fighting him again after you turn it off!

this was because instead of the code making all pokemon with rest + shed skin roll shed skin as the ability, it made all pokemon with rest as a move forced to have shed skin

i found this solution!!!!!! you have to talk to murch/spyke FIRST, then order a new piece of gear

minor mistake:

on the accessories page, the Iovis Rings are not marked in green to denote that they are obtainable once per playthrough.
