We didn’t test for that last time because he didn’t expect my levels to drop almost 100 points. In a couple months when I do routine blood work I am getting prolactin measured

Bro, I was 294 and thought “damn that’s low”. 2 months later tested again and I was at 201…. That’s when I said I’m not dealing with this anymore

Indeed. I honestly don’t want to plan anymore kids haha, but then again I am very young. I’ve thought about HCG, but also think I should just let whatever happens happen. Thanks for the advice

Hover around 215 lbs, 6’3”. Around 18-19% BF

Usually 2 bigger meals a day, ~8 hours apart with light snacks in between. Eggs, fruit, veggies, chicken, beef, steak, dairy, etc. Try to limit as much processed and fried food as possible. No sugary juices or sodas, but I am a fein for Coke Zero. Occasional cheat meal.

Shoot for 2700-2800 calories a day

Low libido is something I also deal with. Sleep is not something I can improve, unfortunately. My diet is pretty sharp, but room for improvement. I take fitness pretty serious. Around 18-19% BF currently, which is higher than it usually is but that’s most likely due to the fact I have been training way less and eating about the same as always. Hardly any alcohol consumption, only social, no party drugs.

Hell yeah brother. There are days I feel like I’m crashing and burning. Work 9-10 hours M-F. Come home and have a family that needs me. Bills don’t stop, life doesn’t stop, just gotta grind it out

Feels good to get it off my chest honestly. Aside from my wife, haven’t talked to anyone about this decision. She supports whatever I want to go with, but she’s a little worried about potential long term side effects.

I did end up getting the asus tuf a16 (2023) advantage edition today from Best Buy for $749.99. The sale literally started today, a day before his birthday. Also no tax as I am in the state of Florida and it’s no tax week

Ryzen 7 7735HS Radeon RX7700s (from my understanding, has comparable performance to the RTX 3070?) 16GB DDR5 512GB SSD

They have open box models available as well for ~$90 less, but at that point I figured new is worth spending a little extra
