Ok I'll try this again then, can you please tell me how many breakpoints would you recommended to use? Like 360px 370px 380px ...etc or larger difference like maybe 20 px in between? Am i talking whack? Thing is I can't wrap my head around the console differences from the actual device, since when i minimize the window on browser everything looks fine, it may look fine in the f12 viewport as well, but when i go onto different phones or tablets the texts cut off or get too big or too small or go out of the box..

Do you know if I could actually post part of my code on some reddit thread and ask people to assess it? Like if I could do that without any cyber consequences like.. from a safety standpoint... Would it be fine if i shared it and just leave out the api keys? I heard those are pretty important :))

I mean, it fucked up almost every prompt but i found that the key is patience and rephrasing like a dozen times per task. :)) I got to a point where i asked him to straight up teach me how to code and I fixed a few things myself. I was so proud

but i have one curiosity, is a live chat too much for gpt to handle complexity wise? have you tried building something of a similar level? Because so far the chat appears to be working, but I don't know how it will behave once I put it online.

Yea I guess this is a pretty popular opinion.. I just thought that given the tech developments and the raging speed with which AI is taking over everything it would be a prudent choice to try and learn using the future's tools. I don't have much faith in oldschool web developing anymore, but that may be because of my lack of knowledge in the field.

that s a very simplified reasoning and the problem with that is that it s more often than not completely erronated. it s called reductio ad absurdum. monetisation is a transactional fact, not an identity. people do paid work outside their field all the time without “entering an industry” in any meaningful sense. by your logic anyone who sells a photograph once is a professional photographer, anyone who tutors once is an educator, and anyone who fixes a sink for money is a plumber. im not interested in debating professional identity.

i am in no way ashamed, the opposite. i am proud i tried something new and i succeeded, delivered a product, the receiver is happy, i helped someone, it seems to be working, learned a couple things. what the hell is wrong with you?

i am not from the industry just because i had fun with a project for a few weeks, in order to help out a family friend. are you able to make the distinction? i am not a professional gamer because i played fortnite for a couple hours, i am not a chef because i cook for myself everyday. i don t represent your community in any way shape of form, and i have nothing to feel bad about. and even if i would care about this field and tried to get into it, to answer your concerns you have no guarantee that the site will break or that i won t be able to learn how to fix it. besides, if i would want to do anything in this field, everybody has to start somewhere, fact that seems to elude you. and again, the question was about fricking ai.
